WHAT IS
HYPNOSIS?
Hypnosis is an alternative, holistic, mindful, non invasive approach that is safe and highly effective for children and adults of all ages. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind we enter into several times a day without even realizing it. Examples would be when you are sitting in traffic, staring into space or when you are thoroughly engrossed in a movie or book with highly focused attention.
Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation, coupled with a strong focused attention and a heightened state of awareness which bypasses the conscious (thinking, critical decision-making) mind by gaining access to the unconscious mind (where all emotions, beliefs, traumas and memories are stored). The unconscious mind is what actually “drives us” .
This therapeutic practice is successful in helping all souls overcome limiting beliefs, change unwanted behaviors, manage emotions, to therefore unlock our full potential to live life again by giving us our control back. It is the unconscious mind that runs us, not the conscious mind, as most people think. The unconscious mind is susceptible and therefore very open to positive suggestions, which allows us to positively transform thoughts, behaviors, emotions, perceptions and feelings that can negatively affect our lives.
